INTRODUCTION WHISTELBLOWING PROCEDURE

(LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO. 24 OF 10 MARCH 2023)

  • The « Whistleblowing » Decree provides legal protections for individuals who report violations of national or European Union regulations that harm the interests or integrity of a private entity, which they become aware of in the course of their work.
  • The procedure established by the Company allows any individual, including employees, collaborators, interns, volunteers, employees or collaborators of clients/suppliers, freelancers, consultants, and self-employed workers providing services to the Company, to report behaviors, crimes, or irregularities, either committed or attempted, that negatively affect the interests of the Company
  • This procedure clearly outlines the subject, content, recipients, and methods of submitting reports, in full compliance with the protection measures stipulated in the Decree. The whistleblower is guaranteed protection not only in terms of personal data processing (privacy) and confidentiality, but also against any form of retaliation, discrimination, or penalization.

Whistleblowing Procedure

This Procedure governs the process for submitting reports, whether confidential or anonymous, and ensures protection for the whistleblower and individuals involved.

How to Use the Platform

To manage reports, the Company has set up a platform accessible at https://frilvamwb.netorange.it/ where the whistleblower can submit their report by completing a questionnaire. The platform is hosted on a server managed by an independent third party and can be accessed through the « Whistleblowing » section on the Company’s website at www.frilvam.com.

Methods and Recipients of Reports

Reports will be directed to designated « Report Managers » who are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the whistleblower’s identity when the whistleblower opts not to remain anonymous. The information received will be used solely for the purpose of managing the whistleblowing report and the subsequent investigation, as mandated by the Decree.
